This classic Riverside apartment where the Gershwin Brothers lived in the penthouse required a full gut renovation and new configuration of the elegant West Side apartment in Manhattan. NDG worked closely with Emery Design to develop an open stimulating interior layout and environment for this classic residence. New central AC and new electric service was integrated in the design.
